Terms of service

By commissioning me (Biko), you (the client) are stating you have read and signed the contract agreement.You also stating that you have read, understood, and consent to the terms of service below.If these terms are violated, service will be immediately terminated, and will not be continued in the future.

1. General Terms

‣ Read and sign the given contract via email.‣ It is your responsibility to respond in a timely manner. Failure to do so, will result in a re-que on your commission slot.‣ Each commission's turnaround time will be different based on their details. Please go to Delivery Dates for more details.‣ Finalized work will be sent via a Google Drive folder with the finished product (depending on the type of commission). It is recommended to save the assets and reupload them to your own cloud, computer, etc. for safe keeping.‣ I will let you know if I can do your requested commission or not.‣ I reserve the right to decline any commission that I feel may violate these terms.

2. Client Responsibilities

‣ It is your responsibility to communicate with me in a professional and timely manner.Video Responsibilities
‣ Must have video footage if you choose to do highlight videos.‣ You must provide timestamps on video footage when commissioning for highlight video services.‣ The purpose of timestamps is to make the editing process efficient, resulting in a faster delivery date.‣ Forgoing the option of giving timestamps will result in additional charges due to result of having to go through the entire video to get the best parts of the highlight.‣ You must specify if the short will be used for YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, or all.Graphic Design Responsibilities‣ Graphic design work will require you to have a description or concise idea of what you're looking for.‣ If you cannot give a description or concise idea for you graphics commission, I will have creative freedom to make your design.

3. Payment and Pricing

‣ 50% Payment (USD) must be made upfront. The remaining 50% must be paid in full before the final piece is delivered.‣ 50% payment must be made to secure a commission slot, and the other half must be paid before receiving the final product.‣ Invoices will be sent via PayPal once the details of the commission are confirmed. This invoice will include a copy of the T.o.S., as well as a list of what the commission order entails.‣ The final price may be adjusting depending on the complexity of said commission (this will be discussed with me before ordering.)

4. Refunds

‣ All payments are non-refundable, unless I cannot complete your commission for emergency reasons.‣ No refunds may be sent for any commission that is already completed.

5. Delivery dates

‣ Each commission's turnaround time will be different based on their details of the commission.‣ I (Biko) will notify you with a minimum of 48 hours if I cannot complete your project on the promised completion time. An adjusted estimated time will be provided to you (the client.)

6. Modifications and Revisions

‣ Requests for modifications and revisions are uniformly based on the submission of a provided word/google document. Any verbal communications, including but not limited to emails, twitter direct messages, and Discord will not be considered as official requests and will not be processed.‣ 1 - 2 free revisions will be provided during the production stage. The amount of revision is dependent on the commission service chosen. Please refer to the prices tab for more information.‣ Any extra revisions after the usage of the provided free revisions will result in an extra charge per revision.‣ If you (the client) notice that there are any errors or defects after the commission is complete, you will be given one additional free revision. It is your responsibility to notify me as soon as possible. Refer to the provided contract for more info.

7. Copyright and Usage Policy

‣ Project files will be provided depending on the commission service done for the buyer (to be discussed and agreed upon between buyer and seller).‣ To acquire the project file, the buyer will need to pay additional fees to own the property. The buyer will need to consult with the seller for the exact price.‣ Ownership of the files is already included in the price, making the buyer the full owner of the project. Should the buyer choose to forgo this right, a reduction in price will be accommodated.
